Your information
Privacy Policy
How the Good Neighbor Network uses information submitted through this website.
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Information we collect
When you submit a contractor request or contact form, GNN collects the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, project type, timing, and project details.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, contact you, help identify a sensible next step, and—when appropriate—connect you with one relevant local contractor. We do not sell your information or distribute your request to a list of contractors.
When information is shared
For contractor requests, information may be shared with one relevant contractor when GNN believes the contractor may fit the project and you have authorized that sharing through the request form. Contractors may have their own privacy practices.
Form delivery
Website forms are processed through FormSubmit to deliver submissions to GNN by email. Information submitted through the form is therefore also processed by that service for delivery.
Compensation disclosure
GNN does not charge homeowners to submit a request. GNN may receive a referral fee from a contractor when a connection leads to work. Any applicable relationship will be disclosed.
Your choices
You may ask GNN to correct or delete information you submitted by contacting chad@thegoodneighbornetwork.org. Avoid including highly sensitive personal or financial information in a project request.
